Add TTM-914001 Mochi Donut Mix, ice water, whole egg liquid, shortening, and salad oil into the mixing bowl. Use a paddle mixer to mix at low speed for 1 minute, then at high speed for 3 minutes.
The temperature of the finished batter should be 25–28°C (the batter should be smooth, fine, and slightly sticky to the touch).
Use an ice cream scoop to shape the batter into balls, each weighing approximately 8–10g. The frying temperature should be 180–185°C.
Frying time: Deep fry for 3 minutes.
