Weigh all the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Use a paddle mixer to mix at low speed for one minute, then scrape down the sides of the bowl after mixing evenly.
Mix at medium speed for two minutes until the surface is smooth.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1.2 cm. Use a donut mold (approximately 8.5 cm in diameter) to cut out the donuts, each weighing about 58±3g, and place them in the freezer for later use.
Preheat the oil to 180°C.
◎ Deep fry: 4 minutes
◎ Float fry: 6 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes until evenly browned.
Once fried, dip in powdered sugar and let cool.
